Not friendly, the first impression is everything. If I am paying you almost half a thousand dollars to stay the weekend at your establishment, I expect you to approach me as a human being (especially if you knew exactly who we were because we've contacted you on multiple occasions prior)
Pro: a place to lay your head
Con:
1) NO AIR CONDITIONING (all we had were three windows and we kept one slightly closed because it was on the fire escape) It was so hot in the room the homeless outside looked more comfortable
2) The cable is limited-basic only
3) Not nice to look at, because there was no a/c we had to let the city smell into the room
Overall, i would give this place a "0" (not a negative but simply a "0").
