Kind of shady & definitely not professional. Ordered toilet two days in advance and was told they had two in stock. Showed up and was told they forgot to pick it up but could have it delivered in 1-2 hrs. I paid $400 for the toilet and now 5 hrs later no word and nobody will answer the phone.
