Purchased a new vehicle and they lost my spare key. I’ve gone 3 times to get the key and every single time they give me an excuse that they don’t have it or someone isn’t there. I don’t live in Hollister so the driving back and forth is a hastle. Never been treated so rude and it’s been a almost 2 months and still no spare key. I asked if I can get an appointment so I can come back for the key and they told me no. Spent all this money and Still kept my patience after having my spare key lost by them when I purchased the vehicle and how do they treat their customers? Rude. Not sure why I’m the one struggling wasting gas and putting miles on my new car driving when they’re the ones that lost my key. So unprofessional.
