Had a problem with the GMC Acadia I was towing behind my RV and had to have brought into the dealership on a flatbed. They assigned a tech to my car as soon as it was unloaded, identified the problem and fixed it at reasonable cost. The owner was even involved in the fix. How can it get any better than this?
