The food was fantastic. I signed up for the char club and will be getting a free char burger in my email. I had the Portabella burger with Swiss cheese. It came with a garlic spread instead of mayo. Tasted fantastic. I opted for onion rings which were crispy and delicious. They know how to make onion rings. It's a fast food place, but they give you a pager to pick up your food when it's ready. A server came by and cleared our trays and got us drink refills. You don't normally see that service at a fast food place.
