We brought our little hamster in for what turned out to be a trauma for his eye, which had to be removed. They were so kind and loving. They boarded him overnight free of charge, since our appointment was late in the day and surgery would be the next morning. I highly recommend them.

After getting a second opinion on a recommended treatment, they were pricier than other comparable veterinary hospitals. Also, apparently a visual exam costs $65. I've had better experiences, where I came away from more involved consultations without cost.
