This is a fantastic shop that goes out of its way to not only observe and identify what exactly is wrong with the car but will willingly show you what's wrong and what needs to be done to fix it. The prior garage I tried was quite the opposite; didn't go the extra steps in identifying issues, minimal conversation. Ken, on the other hand, clearly enjoys his work and making sure you understand what's being done. If you want a thorough job done on your car, this is the place.
