Hertz

Booked a reservation over the phone, was told a car would be ready by 3pm. Arrived at 3, and the woman at the front desk was just rude about stating they had no cars. After a lengthy conversation, she offered to drive me home and call me later on when they had a car available. Well, now it's 6:15 and they're closed and I never received a call back. So, after making a reservation, I now have no car and way to get to work in the morning. Horrible service! I'd rate it zero stars if I could.
