I was very pleased with the initial inquiry, the helpful tips the owner, Nichole gave me, and her responsiveness to my concerns and questions. She is located in Southern CA and used a hauling company from Southern CA which I really appreciated. So many of the companies I called where located all over the country and had no knowledge of where I wanted to pick up the car or where I wanted to have it delivered in the Washington, DC area. Nichole and her driver both knew the departure and destination locations very well, making things much easier. The driver kept in great communication with me and was flexible about when I could meet him, even letting me wait until after traffic had lessened to go from the District over to Northern VA. Scott, the driver, was professional and delivered the car in great shape, having taken close notes about pre-existing little dents and scratches on the car. Everything from arrangements with the broker, Hilton Auto Transport, to the collection of my car, to the delivery of it were top-notch.
