Absolutly the rudest proprietor you will ever meet. They do lie about cashing in lottery tickets, telling you the machine is broken. They don't speak when they tell you the amount of purchase, just mumble under their breath along with the look like they hate your guts. I no longer will give them my money. This is not a one time deal, it is every time I have been there.
