Hollywood Storage Center of Thousand Oaks

The people are super helpful and friendly! Great manager! Downgraded a star because the seals on the units let so much dirt and dust in that everything is totally filthy. But if they replaced the seals on the doors it would be a 5 star place for sure! I'll update with the names of their super star staff later!

Five stars for Hollywood Storage for sure! We worked with Stephen who did an excellent job of assisting us. He helped move some of the furniture and delicate items and got us carts that made moving so much easier. Plus, he checked in on us several times. Way better experience than I’ve ever thought you’d have at a storage center. Kudos!
