Briefly - my original taxes were lost and never filed. While the company agreed to reimburse my late fee and interest from the IRS and the Franchise Tax board, this process took several months with the paperwork being lost on ore than one occasion, and with me being given a big runaround. THEY CHARGED ME A FEE TO CUT MY REIMBURSMENT CHECK! I would not let them balance my checkbook!
