Janet's Bridal

The people were very nice but always had a lot of people in the store with only one person working. Once the wait time was 20 minutes. We had our 9 bridesmaids dresses,2 flower girl dresses, 1 ring bearer tuxedo, 9 groomsmen tuxedos, 2 junior bridesmaids, mother's dress and guest book girls dress bought through them. The tuxedos were given to the wrong men. The grooms tuxedo was given to the best man, none of the shoes came in on time (we had to pick them up the night before the wedding), and the vests were the wrong color (purple instead of burgundy), 3 tuxedos had to be altered or a different size pants were sent, the ring bearers tuxedo was the wrong size, the men all had ties instead of bow ties, the bridesmaids dresses sashes that we paid extra for were the wrong color, 7 of the bridesmaids dresses that were altered were altered wrong, one of them was ruined so bad and we had to demand that they send us a new one over night, 1 of the bridesmaid dress wasn't altered at all so she had to wear it unaltered, 3 of them were altered way to short and had to be worn anyway, 2 of them had hems on the bottom that looked like they were done by hand and bowed out in the back, and the guest book girls dress was not properly done. She ended up having to pull it up all night! So it was a horrible experience for us! I do NOT recommend them to anyone!
