JC Jumpers & Catering

I reserved a Jumper for my son's birthday way in advance. On the Thursday before the party the owner contacted me and asked if I still wanted the jumper even though it was expected to rain on the day of the party. After talking with my husband and reaching out to a few of the moms that would be attending the party I said I still wanted it. I was also renting tables and chairs from him and was still going to need those things anyways. I made sure to wash all of my towels to prepare to dry the jumper in between possible showers and requested all parents to bring a change of clothes just in case the kids did get wet. Everyone was ready to party rain or shine. I confirmed with him again on Friday the day before the party that he would be there in the morning. The morning of the party I wake up to a text that he was canceling my delivery due to the weather. Why did he ask if I wanted it even if it was going to rain if I didn't really have a choice. He was also my seating for my guest. I was very upset. To make things even worse it didn't even rain the day of the party until the evening when the party was over. The jumper would have been fine. I will never use this company again and I recommend you do not either. Also I spoke with him three times on the phone and every time I spoke with him he was extremely rude, but I tried to ignore it. This was the last straw. I rent jumpers three times a year for each of my kids birthday. I will be taking my business else where.
