When my wife and I were planning our anniversary trip to Joshua Tree National Park, we made a reservation at Casa Bonita. We found the reservation process to be simple and easy and the owners made themselves available to answer any of our questions that we had. We had researched some locations to stay and scouted out the pictures of the location, but I was far more impressed by the Villa in person. All of the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay were provided by the owners. Their choice of decorative art was fascinating; by that, I mean, it was bold and unusual with a great mixing of different cultures. And, yes, there was a 18 foot sculpture inside! The location is a perfect spot for visiting local sights such as Pioneertown or, like us, the Joshua Tree National Park. There is a private tennis court on site and hiking trails nearby. It's close and convenient, yet, for us, there was peace and quiet and privacy!
