my son made an appointment the previous night for 8am-10am for the following day. I called to confirm five minutes before 10:am just to make sure of the appointment time. I live 2 miles away. They tell me my dog takes to long to dry, reschedule for Monday. I was not late when I called. Hilarious. The young lady on the phone was extremely nice, however the overall customer service lacks. Typical, I'm not even mad. I Just expect at this point. Just so you know its not spam. My Dogs name is Fonzie been going for a couple years off and on. Just tired of the overall attitude. Customer service sucks!! Enjoy the review.
