We bought expensive shoes for our new job. Then we were told that they weren't the right shoes (of course) so we had to take them back. But by then (the next week) we didn't have the receipt anymore nor the tags for the shoes. When we went to return them, there was a problem, they couldn't return them in the system... We didn't know why, but the MOD Nicole was nice enough to go back and dig through all the receipts from the day of our purchase and find our specific receipts. Turns out the cashier had rung up the opposite shoes on our seperate receipts. She was able to return them with no further problems. I'm so grateful. Thank you Nicole for your patience and customer service. And I promise to keep my receipt next time!
