DO NOT GET YOUR DOG GROOMED HERE! After getting our dog groomed here he was so traumatized he passed away within a few days!
UPDATE 6/25/15: we received a call from the CEO who was rather rude and showed little empathy for the passing of our beloved dog and basically implied that we were lying and all he wanted was for me to take my review down.
On Friday we took our 7yr old dog to get his teeth cleaned get a bath and get his nails clipped. As soon as he came home, we knew something was wrong. He was not himself, he was really down and would hide in his bed all day. Then he stopped eating/drinking water and within the next day literally could not walk.
We took him back to Kriser's to see if they knew anything that happened so we could tell the vet. They were rude, defensive, and don't even keep good records of treatments. While we were dealing with the passing of our beloved pet- Kriser's called Animal Services on us (I think the receptionist was upset and wanted to make sure she wouldn't get in trouble- so was trying to pin it our "our lack of care" for the dog). The police closed the case after seeing how loved and well cared for our dog was and suggested we take civil action.
I repeat, please... do not take your beloved Pooch here, I really wish I hadn't.
