I will remove this comment if they make it right. There are many 1 star comments below that deal with a similar issue. You think they would address it. My wife ordered me a Ultra 6000 pack 30% off for Christmas for which I had to return for replacement. My size was not in stock so I was told that when they became available the price would be honored. I waited until June because this pack has not been available. Thats right. I was loyal to this company, patiently waiting from JAN until today, 7JUN. Guess what happened. I see online today that the packs are back in stock (customer service never contacted me). I called. They won't honor the original agreement because "it is now past the grace period". They don't realize that their decision cost them a ton of profit. I have bought a lot of expensive items from this company and would have continued to do so. They can still make this right and I'll delete my post. RA20930
