I'm so happy to have found Lion.Fit personal training! I was at a crossroads in my life and working with Lionell is already having a huge impact in my life. My overall goal was to tone up and get in shape. Through my private training sessions I now have so much more confidence...It's about the overall big picture not just a number on a scale.
