Massage Green Spa

I have been a member here for quite a long time. Overall the massages are good, but I have yet to find that one person who gives an incredible massage. The reason I am taking the time to write this review is due to the frustration I have with the one who calls herself a manager, "Norrett". She has an abrupt way about her and lacks people skills, especially if the conversation is not going her way. She was rude, pushy and overall unprofessional with a family member and because of that, I will try a different location. I have learned each location is a franchise. It's super difficult to take your concern to upper personnel.
