Michael Kors

Purchased a MK handbag/purse and the workmanship was awful. In just 9 months the thread is coming apart on the outside of the purse and the MK medallion fell apart. When I called customer service, they said I would need the receipt for the purse. I did not realize that I needed to keep it. I figured that a purchase of that amount would be of great workmanship and if any problems arose, customer service would surely take care of it. NOT SO! I've purchased Dooney & Burk, Coach and Burberry handbags and have NEVER had this happen. I will not be a loyal customer of Michael Kors ever again. Please, buyer be aware that if you purchase Michael Kors products, the quality is not guaranteed, JUST VERY OVER PRICED! Not worth your money!
