I have been here twice for repairs now and absolutely LOVE the great customer service! Fadi, the owner, explains everything so you understand the problem and the solutions to fix your car. Plus, the prices are reasonable. As a woman, I am tired of all the repair shops that try to sell you repairs you don't need. This is not the story here. They have the customer's best interest at heart. Mida's in Concord has become my shop of choice for oil changes and repairs. BTW...they do so much more than just mufflers. I recommend you give them a try. Linda B.
