MK Union 76 Smog Auto Repair

I'm not shaming this place but here's my experience. Came here because it was about $30 for the smog test and $8 for the dmv certificate. Got there around 3:40pm there was one car that needed a smog before mine so I did the paperwork, signed and went on a walk. I was told it would be finished in 20-25minutes. Came back around 4:20 car wasn't moved or touched. The other car was gone at this time. I'm pretty patient so I waited, apparently their software needed to be updated which was another 10 minutes ( not sure if they realized this as I came back from my walk which prompted them to actually start working on my car or it was updating since the other car left). Ended up walking to the nearby stores , came and waited another 10 mins or so and left with the smog completed and a certificate around 4:50pm.
