Highly skilled and totally honest. Ask any tow guy or non-competing mechanic in Pasadena, they all know Chong and always say "he's great." I know nothing about cars so I'm completely reliant on the honesty and professionalism of a mechanic. Not only are Chong and his brother George both, they're also excellent diagnosticians and good about finding secondhand parts to trim costs. Recently he kept my car for 4 days to diagnose an intermittent problem and didn't change me a dime since he couldn't find the discontinued part - amazing.
