Absolutely the worst customer service over the phone and in emails. If I could do zero stars I would. Placed 2 orders 1st a small item $22 and 8 dollar shipping and the package shows up with the postage for $2.03 obviously upset. Ended up wanting something else again very small and again 8 dollars shipping postage on package $ 3.21 so they charged me a total of $16 for shipping but were rude enough to leave the proof they only spent $ 5.24 so a total of $9.76 that they over charged me . Very disappointing not the way to keep customers atleast not me anyways.
