Horrible!! Don't call them!!! Last time when I lost my car key, I called them and confirmed the price on the phone, it is around $200 total, including the service fee and a remote key. When they came, he told me he only has the key that is without the remote and up charge me $200 for only that key, so I told him to stop the service and don't touch my car anymore, because that is not what we first confirmed on the phone. While we talk with him about what we were unsatisfied with, he started being angry, and we told him a few times to get out of our car and don't touch it anymore, but it came out he locked our car and hurt my boyfriend's forehead. We called the police, but he ran away before the police came.
