Sales advisor was Ed. Hard working man he is. Took car to get gear shift problem fixed covered through warranty. Ed worked real hard to make sure everything was done on time and dine correctly. Had to leave car over weekend but he helped me get a rental (covered by my warranty). Got my car back feeling brand new and they also washed the inside and outside of my car. Very patient and understanding. Car didn't take long to be finished. What took forever was my warranty authorizing payment. Overall great experience.
