Very helpful, the counter person took extra time to look up my windshield wipers motor. I was able to use tools they had loaned me to replace my washer motor. Unfortunately the motor in the system didn't match up, they found the error and quickly had the motor shipped that afternoon. I wasn't able to pick up the motor before they closed and Selvin waited for 20 minutes for me to arrive. The next morning I had the motor out, found a bolt broke. They located one ( in stock) After installing new motor, I decided to replace my wiper blades, I had a lot of choices. All this for a wiper motor, I was fortunate that it was working for the rainy week we had right after I had the motor installed. I've been back since then and have been pleased with the level of service I recieve every time. O'Reilly has a very good group of employees. Thank you for excellent service.
