Ortho Mattress

Visited on Sunday and got a nice tutorial on the mattress options. No pressure to buy. Checked a couple of other places and returned on Tuesday. Shawn explained the differences from the mattresses at the other stores and what he could offer. Even though we were sure that a firm mattress is what we wanted (been using one for the past 17 years), he had us try some softer versions just to make sure. We changed our minds thanks to his help! Again, no pressure to buy during the visit. We were ready to pull the trigger and they were able to deliver the next day (Wednesday). Now for the best part: We ordered the 9 inch tall foundation because that was similar to the Stearns and Foster set that we replaced. However the new set was just too high. Called the store before they closed on Wednesday and they scheduled an exchange for the 5 inch foundation for Thursday at no charge. I call the whole experience excellent. Thanks!

Great place to get educated about a mattress as well as great prices! The team at Ortho worked hard to get me setup with a mattress which was right for my sleeping positions. They really cared about making sure that the mattress was was best suited for me and my wife so we could get a great night sleep with the proper support.
