Horrible service over the phone and in person. I had a broken hot water heater. The plumber referred me to a Allbritten (another $60 wasted), who tried to bilk me for $2k. Called PB back 3 times (put on hold twice for almost 5 minutes, hung up on once) finally spoke with a rep who quoted me $90 for " a heating guy" to checkout my hot water heater. This is after one of their plumbers inspected the unit 2 days previously. I told the office my i have no hot water, and was told they'd call me "right back". Now it's Saturday, and they're closed.
Bottom line: the phone service/scheduling/dispatch is rude, completely inept, and tried to squeeze me for $. They jerked me around for 3 days, now I'm stuck an additional weekend w/o hot water.
Worst plumbing experience I've ever had. Do NOT use PB plumbing!
