The absolute worst customer service ever! Placed an order and fridge was defective, called about 10 times and finally got a sale person named Dezrum or some funky name like that placed an order for an exchange. Apparently he claimed to "escalate" the order and gave me a date and time frame on the delivery and best buy was a no show. Called best buy and another sales associate said that the order was never processed. Now I have to wait another 8 days til the next available exchange. Will be calling corporate with this situation! Never buy from this Pacific Sales!!!
