Penske Truck Rental

Had to rent a truck during the dreaded moving time and decided to go with Penske for their cheaper fees and per mile charges. I also got a 12% discount for being a triple A member, which cut the already low costs (For truck rental) down. I had two rentals in a week period, The first rental was fine, we got upgraded to a 26ft which gave us more space for the same prices and helped them keep their more used trucks, there was only a slight discrepancy on our bill that was later found, (we were charged $8 per gallon on diesel instead of the $3.50 per gallon as discussed the first time). The second trip , a gentleman named Juan took great care of us and made our experience very pleasant and easy. He took care of our previous billing issues we brought up and made sure we were satisfied with outcomes, services and quality with our previous and new rental. Great service representative!
