I came in to buy some new tires and the man told me my car would be ready in 2 hours. I had an appointment at 8 a.m. I come back 2 hours later and my rims are just sitting on the side with the new tires and nobody attending to them. They show me what is wrong saying that they can't inflate the tire properly because of the rim and I have to wait another 4 hours on top of the 2 hours he told me about. They tried being courteous on giving me an oil change voucher that expired last year. Wow! My first time and last time buying tires from Pep Boys. I'm going to Sears instead.
