I walked in a hot mess with two very dirty Aussie shepherds puppies. Not only did I need to bathe them, but I had brought them in on leads due to collars too small. I got a very patient tour of the self wash, great tips, I was able to buy new collars, and treats with assistance and overwhelmingly kindness. Thanks to the whole team. 6 weeks of being ill and slow on the go and you made my life easier.
