Horrible for live scan. Operator was impatient. Did not try to get good live scan finger prints. Now I find out from California Dept of Justice that if they don't go through in 7 days then it is a matter of not good prints and could take up to 8 WEEKS which is what has happened. The operator at Photo pro was very arrogant, got mad at me for being concerned that the prints were so light. Guess I should have gone to Napa Police Dept...have to wait maybe a day or two for an appointment with their live scan operator, but obviously worth the wait! (And Dept of Justice rep said doing them over is not an option as two processing at same time will slow down process even more.)
