Horrible. I have called daily for a month and no one has ever answered the phone and voicemails/emails go unanswered. I submitted what I thought was everything I needed for my PT license ~3wk ago my check still has not been cashed (no online payment) nor do I know of they even got my package.
Received mis-information over the phone. What was needed to get my license back changed with every phone call (if by chance they answered. dont bother leaving a message they will not call back). Took 3 times as long as they said it would to process my license app; once they did it got even worse (too many things to say, but completely mis-processed). I just want to warn everyone to not trust, or have any faith in what they tell you. Be ready for them to change the qualifications, or just read the laws yourself. The site is confusing, but staff is worse. Again be careful with the CA PT board. Do not even think you are going to get a job until you have your license in your hand. The board if for the protection of the public. Unfortunately they do not consider applicants public. Good luck.
Poor customer service. Took two months to receive a reciprocal license. There was no communication from the board during this time even though I called (no answer, just voicemail) and emailed. If they are really that busy, then they should hire more staff. They charge us enough to pay for it.
