Cindy is absolutely wonderful. With her kind meaner and customer service experience she always is extremely helpful whenever I come to this Planet Beauty. She knows the products well as well as she knows what she is talking about in regards to skin care and hair care. She is very friendly and I enjoy talking to her every time I come so thank you Cindy for making your planet feed experience wonderful every time. Also I love the staff at this planet beauty; they have been doing such a wonderful job and I am extremely impressed; espically with Amalia! AMALIA (hopefully I got her name correctly spelled) has helped me with my sensitive skin and the issues I have been having with finding a great toner and a good regime to alternate with between eye creams and lotions. I really enjoy chatting with her and even wait if she is with someone else in order for me to be able to speak with her and get her input on my choices of product. thank you for such wonderful service, and for knowing the products you sell and also fo being so helpful! see you soon!
The manager in Dec 2017 at this location is absolutely unprofessional. After a system glitch were my card was charged but a receipt failed to print, she proceeded to accuse me of having a bad chip and magnetic strip because it wouldn’t accept a duplicate charge. Even after confirming with Citibank that the charge cleared, she refused to allow me to take my merchandise. I asked her to re-ring and recharge me a different amount and I would decline the first charge. It took her about a half hour to understand the concept with Citibank and her own Security helping her through the process. I would have walked out but it was Xmas eve and I needed the gifts. In my opinion, she does not represent your company well - I’ve been going to this location for 15 years and the rest of the staff are absolutely delightful.
