I came to this box the morning of my arrival to California. Had just driven all night and just hoping to get a great workout no big hassle. It wasn’t a hassle, it was a beautiful welcome to a fellow crossfitter from the east coast. The coach was beyond accommodating and really honed into addressing minor flaws in my technique. I really felt like I was a member for months and he was just continuing to coach me. Truly loved it and turns out I get to spend another day here in town and I’ll be able to enjoy yet one more WOD before I leave!
