Had a great experience ordering with Chris at Premier. Customizable furniture with great quality. Not sure why people are complaining about delivery time? That depends on the brand and personal selection and they clearly give that information before you purchase. We waited for quality furniture and have been more than satisfied! Premier went above and beyond to give us the best price possible and meet our needs. Thank you Premier for helping us fill our new home!

Best Prices and Quality of Furniture. We ordered a whole master bedroom set, along with a full sectional couch and we couldn't be happier. If you want furniture worth your money this is the place to go. Don't believe me? Head in yourself, compare their pricing and quality with Ashley next door, Premier beats the competition outright. Also, ask for Chris the manager, he helped us out.

I wish I could give this place zero. My mother ordered a couch that she saw on the showroom floor in a different fabric. Tina wrote the order up for a lower quality couch out of a catalog that my mother was never shown. The wrong couch showed up with stains and after double the amount of time promised and Tina proved herself to be horribly dishonest. Then before the issue was settled, the drivers drove away while I was in the house on the phone trying to resolve the issue. Tina is, at best, incompetent at correctly understanding and ordering what her customer is asking for or , at worst, a cheet and a liar. She would not admit her mistake and simply exchange it for the correct one as any resonable person would. If she had, I would be writing a very different review! Stay far far away. You can get a low quality couch anywhere for much less money and much better service! Don't be duped!!!
