lawful.can't stress enough how bad they are. if you ask for a simple design they will show you the premaid one to choose from, but they are not be able to draw anything close to that. 3 or 4 of them talk to you at the same time to ask a simple question. please do not go to their Salon no wonder they have such bad reviews and bad reputations. A friend of mine buy a gift certificate for me as a wedding gift. I saw the reviews and I decided to give them a try, but it didn't worse the try. I wish I paid money to go somewhere else.
