As an extremely satisfied and loyal customer of Dr. Harrison and Quality Animal Clinic I would like to respond to the comment made by Annette Saulet. Dr. Harrison has also cared for our family dogs for the past 10 years. She has always been professional, attentive and readily available. So for you to accuse her of ignoring you I find that hard to believe. Have you contacted the office? There is no way you could have, because her staff is there Monday-Saturday not to mention there is a 24 hour emergency number. Had you contacted the correct number you would have received stellar customer service because that's all that they provide. Dr. Harrison is a dedicated service provider and it shows through her work. Since you found your way to Google to make a complaint you should have found your way into the office because the address is clearly listed as well as a working telephone number. In business you grow and sometimes you have to move on, it is impossible for one person to keep track of all of their previous clients and you would be insensate to expect this of any business. Knowing this Dr. Harrison has gone out of her way to advertise through Google, Facebook, Local written publications, Web-sites and other social media circuits. Your privileged attitude and counterfactual accusations are totally out of line. I hope that you find the type of service that would satisfy your needs and the needs of your pet. Quality Animal Clinic did not deserve your piss-poor review and I hope that all, that sees it, sees it for what it is... a rant from a imbecilic individual .
