A & A Ready Mixed Concrete

My vehicle was park and my car was dragged in the middle of the street by one of their cement trucks. The driver took off!!! Thank god for good people out there, a gentle helped me track him down in his car and police were very quick. Their insurance company wanted to pick up my car and later tell me a settlement amount. Which I was not okay with. Their insurance company gave me a week to agree to their settlement. I decided to agree on the last day due to lack of time to take care of this. Their insurance company has now stated I had 7 days with the rental from the day of settlement. Heidi bright, owners secretary says she does not handle claims and cannot relay a message to Loretta which is in charge of claims. It is only fair to cover all cost until your insurance company settles all paperwork. Certainly a malpractice business.
