Redding's Ultimate Pizza

The pizza at Ultimate Pizza tastes great. I have been ordering from them for the past four or so years as I live near their shop which makes pick ups easy. Additionally, I like to use their delivery service when I'm feeling lazy. I did have a few issues in the past with cold pizza being delivered, which I brought to their attention and they were quick to offer me a discount in my next pizza, which was nice. That being said, I have stopped ordering from them. Generally their employees have been great, save for one particular lady who happens to always be working and answering the phones on Friday nights. I have one young daughter who is a vegetarian and doesn't eat much so I asked for 1 quarter of the pizza to be cheese only, so the rest of the family would have enough pizza that they enjoyed. This particular employee told me how hard it is for the cooks at Ultimate Pizza to deviate from a full or half and half order and asked if I would like that as they were too busy to accommodate my order. I told her that wouldn't work for me and she reluctantly accepted my order with an attitude. That same thing happened the following Friday. I recognized the voice of this same lady with the same excuse. I ordered anyway. About two weeks later the same thing happened except this time I hung up. At this point I will not be ordering anymore pizza from Ultimate Pizza. I don't want to have to argue to order the pizza I want. As someone who worked at a local pizza place for a significant amount of time when I was younger, I can tell you that making a pizza with a quarter of it only cheese is not at all difficult no matter how busy it is. This lady is either lazy, doesn't know how to do her job, or has no faith in her cooks. I'm guessing lazy as their pizza always tastes great.
