Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I called another plumber at first (local one) because we had water leaking from the toilet onto the ground. The local plumber didn't call back when they said they would, and when i followed up, they were like "sorry we're booked all day". When I called RR, on the other hand, they had a guy out within 2 hours, super friendly and informative, diagnosed all our problems and fixed them quickly. He took time to educate us on what he was doing all the way through, showed us problem areas and proof of work, and even recommended next steps we could take to prevent future issues. All things considered it was a great experience and I won't hesitate to use them again if needed! James was our technician and he was really great, funny, and highly skilled in his work.

After a little confusion on my part, the technician Dario was super friendly and professional. Thanks! Totally recommend. Just be sure to answer their calls, I thought they were just going to text me when they were on their way. They need you to answer the phone so they don’t waste their time. Completely reasonable.
