I had a horrible experience here. This is not the first time I have been to Rudy's but it will definitively be the last. When my car needed repairs in the headlights I took it into him like normal. After looking at it he said it needed an expensive part. That was unfortunate but hardly his fault so I waited a week for the part to be delivered. Once the part was delivered and put into place, I took the car home. However that day the exact same thing happens. So I take it back to Rudy's who apologizes and says it must be a different part. So I have to wait another week of being unable to drive at night. When the new part arrives he tells me to bring the car in, so I do. I leave it with him all day, when I call to ask about it. He told me they sent him the wrong part and that he is going to order a new one. At this point I am beginning to get frustrated. So I take the car back for a few more days, still unable to drive at night and needing to rely on others to drive me to important events. So then he tells me the real part has arrived. I drop my car off in the morning and when I call in the afternoon he says that they didn't finish working on it, so they needed me to leave my car overnight. Because there is nothing I can do, I do that. Then I call back in the early afternoon to make sure my car will be ready they once again tell me they have somehow received the wrong part again. Now I am very mad because I guess they hadn't been working on it the day before, and I had lost my car for 2 full days and it still couldn't drive at night. So I take the car back and after being apologized to I agree to bring it in once more. So about 3 days later I drop it off on a Friday when finally what I am assured is the right part gets delivered. So on Friday afternoon I call to see if my car is ready. He tells me he has put in the new part but that a technician needed to come to reset the car or something and he would come later that afternoon. Guess what, that guy never shows up. So I leave my car there Saturday because he says he will come that day. Well Saturday comes and goes and apparently the technician has been held up. And they don't work Sundays. So on Monday I have to get dropped off at work, and later in the afternoon I go pick the car up and he tells me not only is the car not fixed but it requires another part. But I am certainly not going to give him my car for any longer. He is unreliable and does not stay true to his word. Maybe he is out of his depth with my car or maybe he has hired untrustworthy employees but I will never trust him with my car ever again.
