STAY AWAY - DO NOT RENT HERE AT ANY PRICE. PAY MORE ELSEWHERE IF YOU HAVE TO, BUT DO NOT RENT HERE! Here are just some of the problems. They do not keep posted hours. Doors are locked and nobody is there when they are supposed to be open. People are rude and unresponsive. IWeeks and weeks go by with no answer in spite of numerous inquiries. Aisles are so narrow you can't get a truck down the middle. I paid two hours extra labor to vacate my unit because the truck had to park so far away and men had to carry everything a long ways to the truck. Worst of all, they refused to provide video after a theft. I had more than $12,000 worth of stuff stolen out of my unit. When I reported the theft and requested video, they said they would provide it as soon as they had time. I told them I knew who stole my stuff and just needed video to prove it for police to make an arrest. After weeks and weeks of promising to provide video they got tired of me asking again, and then rudely told me, "You have to understand; we have a business to run. We can't sit around all day watching video. That is not our top priority.": Now video has been written over and is no longer available. I know who stole my stuff, and I know where he works. If the bums at RV Storage Depot had provided video as they had promised they would, I could have gotten a judgement against the thief and could have gotten my money back by garnishing his wages. These people are the worst!
