Money was taken out of my account when I called months before letting them know I would no longer be a customer. I was assured I owed no more money and my policy was up. I completely understand that mistakes happen but the fact that it’s been 3 months and I have YET to get the money back is upsetting. I continually call to check on the money. I would think good customer service would be them calling me with updates but that hasn’t happened once. Super disappointed.
