Salvatore Ferragamo

This is regarding the made to order loafers. I placed an order in April and was told it'd take 8 weeks by the sales rep. I called the store and asked about my order in July because no one reached out to me. I was told that it may be ready soon or until later Sept. So I called in August wanting to cancel the order because I've waited four months and could careless about this anymore. The general manager told me it would be ready by the end of August. Again, no communications. I expect so much more when I am paying almost $800 dollar for something but I got crap service anyway.
