Their front desk personnel who answer the phones, need some training. First call routed to Bakery and then Bakery couldn't transfer, had to call back. Put on hold for 20 minutes, no one ever came back to answer. Third call, put me on hold again. Gave up. Terrible service and I always preferred Sam's over Costco. Guess I will give Costco a visit.
